How BaZi Calculator handles birth details, saved charts, Google sign-in data and optional AI explanations, who processes them, and what you can view and delete.

2026/10/13

This policy explains how BaZi Calculator (bazicalculator.pro) handles information when you use the site.

What we collect

Calculation inputs. To calculate a chart you enter details such as a birth date, time or time range, birth city, and an optional traditional gender option. For divination tools you may enter a question, numbers or coin results. Guests can calculate without an account; these inputs are processed to return the result and are not saved to an account unless you choose to save.

Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile image from Google. We use Google only as a sign-in method.

Saved items. If you are signed in and choose to save, we store the chart inputs and results, birth profiles you create (including any nickname you enter), share links you create, and AI explanations you request for saved charts.

Technical information. Like most websites, we process request data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to operate, secure and analyse usage of the site. Cookies keep you signed in, remember your language and help analyse website usage.

How we use it

  • To calculate and display charts and tool results.
  • To save, list and reopen items you chose to save, and to create share links you request.
  • To generate an optional AI explanation when you ask for one.
  • To operate, secure and improve the site, and to reply when you contact us.

Who receives it

  • Hosting provider, which runs the site and stores saved data.
  • AI model provider, only when you click to request an explanation. To complete your request we send the chart facts and the question you entered — not your email address or account details.
  • Google, for sign-in.
  • Email delivery provider, when we send account or support emails.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

A share link shows a separate, read-only copy. By default it hides the nickname, exact birth city and birth date. A full chart can still allow someone to infer birth details, so share only with people you trust. You can revoke a share link at any time.

How long we keep it

Account information and saved items are kept while you use your account. Guest calculations are not stored as birth profiles.

Your choices

When signed in you can view your saved charts and birth profiles and delete them from My Charts and Profiles. Deleting a saved chart also removes its share links and saved explanations. For other requests, write to support@bazicalculator.pro.

Children

This site is not directed to children.
